My philosophy is to strive to create beautiful buildings, connected to nature and are spatially memorable. I allow the site to set the basic parameters and the clients’ dream to finish the design.
My love for the outdoors is reflected in my work, as I always bring nature into my designs, through capturing distant views or a simple courtyard as an extension of the living space.

Born in Johannesburg South Africa, graduated from University of Witwatersrand as an Architect. Started working locally in Johannesburg on houses and branded interiors, I then moved to London to work on hotels & golf report designs. Finally returning to South African first Cape Town then Knysna and started my own practice. There has always been a thread that weaves, interiors into architecture into landscaping, that sculpts the design process.
